Day 2

Trek through forests to Cholangpati (3,650m) with spectacular mountain views. Continue ascending to Laurebina, an important acclimatization stop.
Day 3
4 hrs / 7 km / sleep 4,380 m
Steep and rewarding ascent through rocky alpine terrain. Pass Saraswati Kunda and Bhairav Kunda before reaching the stunning turquoise Gosaikunda Lake at 4,380m.
Day 4
5 hrs / 16 km / sleep 3,330 m
Explore the lake in the morning, then descend retracing the route through Laurebina and Cholangpati back to Sing Gompa.
Day 5
3 hrs / 9 km / sleep 1,960 m
Descend through forest trails back to Dhunche. Drive back to Kathmandu (6–7 hours).
